
The Ark Project (https://kovcheg.live/en/ark/) is a pivotal initiative supporting Russian exiles and those in Russia opposing the war, launched on March 10, 2022. This project makes a significant contribution to the creation of a sustainable community of politically active Russians in exile. It also focuses on aiding exiles previously unengaged in civil society and fosters a broad spectrum of support mechanisms.
Services Provided
Emergency accommodation; psychological assistance; language and professional retraining courses; media; humanitarian visas and legal consultations; civic education initiatives; promotion of over 300 civic and anti-war initiatives; facilitation of connections between exiled individuals, exiled Business association, as well as with pro-democratic international communities; engagement in political activities and agenda creation.
The Ark also actively establishes professional associations consisting of exiled professionals
in various fields. The Ark connects exiled specialists from different areas, supports them with various tools (infrastructure and other support), and facilitates the transformation
of networking initiatives into professional, sustainable associations.
