KRES POLISKOLA is an independent international nonprofit nongovernmental organization.

Our mission is to help those who speak Russian at home, regardless of their country of residence, become full-fledged citizens of democratic society.

KRES POLISKOLA was established in 2016 as a result of a merger between the COMMITTEE FOR RUSSIAN ECONOMIC FREEDOM (New York, USA) and the “INTERNATIONAL DIALOG” OPEN CLUB (Riga, Latvia).
